I live in Michigan and send flower arrangements to my Mom & Dad's gravesite in Rockland through Flowers'N Things in Rockland, Mass. They in turn, not only send exactly what I choose,and it's beautiful, but also send me an email with a picture of the actual arrangement at the gravesite. I think they are wonderful, and won't use anyone else in the area. They are very caring people!

Hi, ordered a beautiful gift basket for my new Baby Niece Khloe & it was delivered w/i 24 hrs. I ordered on Memorial Day & Stephen must have been in that night to fill the order. I received an e-mail confirming delivery. I called & he gave it his personal attention. Certainly not something you would get from the 800 order gatherers. Beware of them - they are just middlemen who take 20% off the top - that's 20% less for the recipient and really, really hurts local business. Thanks, John Gravina, Tucson AZ.

The flowers were beautiful, very fresh, but it didn't end up looking like what I had ordered; after speaking to the store, they told me they didn't have the materials for the trellis flower garden and tried to duplicate it as best as possible with what they had in stock. I would use Flowers 'N Things again...

When I made a mistake in day and location of the bereavement flowers I wanted to send, the designer at Flowers 'N Things came in to work on a Sunday (usual day off) to get my flowers to the wake on time. The compassion and service I received was amazing.
